All applications are subject to approval of the Chiefs of the Second Order. Full credit will be provided immediately if an application is denied.

After one year of membership, the Order dues and mailing fees will be billed biannually on the Winter and Summer Solstices, to be paid by the following Equinox.

The advancement fee for each of the Outer Order grades of Neophyte through Portal is $65. This fee covers the complete grade material: books, CD's where available, grade sash and patches, and responsive, high grade proctor supervision, with regular evaluations. It also includes your testing fees for grade advancement and temple supplies for initiation.

Correspondence members go through a complete astral initiation, and one is astrally advanced through this initiation process. All grade books are fully bound and contain all the information you will need to master that particular grade. In addition, the Order also maintains several online services for correspondence members.

First and foremost are regularly scheduled online classes, which are taught by a live teacher in an interactive format. There is a private e-mail discussion group for members. This service is provided so that members can communicate with other members around the world. In certain regions, there are also discussion forums for members in that area to meet each other and study together.

A trained advisor is also available by phone to help you with questions from 6:30 p.m. - 11 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday.

In summary, the total cost to begin membership is $185. This covers first year's membership dues and mailing costs, the Neophyte Initiation and grade material, all online services and an invitation to all world wide Order events (ie. Power Week, Winter Conclave etc.).

For those couples who are married (long term couples), we offer a reduced rate for the second spouse. Thus, the total cost is $255 to join for the first year ($45 extra is applied for each printed manual rather than grade material on CD). After the first year, the annual dues will be the same as the first spouse's ($120 reduced rate). The second spouse will have full membership privileges.

Once a member has advanced through the grades, they only pay Order dues. This allows them all the benefits of full membership.
