Fill out our Online Form - Once we receive your form, someone will contact you asap to provide further guidance and direction. Please note you may receive a phone call or an invitation for a personal orientation at one of our temples.

For your convenience, the Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn ® offers the following payment options:
Cash - (U.S. currency only)
Checks - (Drawn from U.S. banks only)
Cashier's Check / Money Order - (payable in U.S. funds)
VISA or Master Card - (by phone or online - accepted for international membership as well)
If you are located within 120 miles of Chicago, and Los Angeles Do not fill out the financial portion of it. You will be contacted for personal orientation. European applicants please fill out your financial information.

NOTE
*All applications must be approved by the chiefs of the Second Order. Once an application has been approved, a date will be set for your initiation and you will be contacted to confirm the date and time. Those within 120 miles of a temple must attend physically. Those who are not near a temple will receive astral initiation at a predetermined date and time. Those outside the 120 mile range of a local temple are considered members of the Grand Temple of Isis Mighty Mother.
