*All applications must be approved by the chiefs of the Second Order. Once an application has been approved, a date will be set for your initiation and you will be contacted to confirm the date and time. Those within 120 miles of a temple may be required to attend physically and receive your Neophyte Initiation in person. Those who are not near a temple will receive astral or long distance initiation at a predetermined date and time. Those outside the 120 mile range of a local temple are considered members of the Grand Temple of Isis Mighty Mother.
